Basic manufacturing training: a formula for success for SMEs

Are you involved in the manufacturing industry? Are you developing bills of materials, running assemblies or streamlining production flow? Are you starting Odoo soon or do you have new employees on your team? Then this course is ideal. We'll start with the basics of Odoo so beginners can join in as well.

What features will you learn?

  • interpretation and commissioning of workspaces

  • assign and execute production orders with and without work orders  

  • applying and assigning serial numbers

  • recover post-calculations on productions

  • apply adjustments to bills of materials via PLM 

  • use and interpret purchase and inventory reports 

  • bulk data updates with export -and import from XLS (vendor prices, inventory) 

  • configuration and parameterization of purchase, production and delivery times 

  • configuration of put-away strategies in inventory 

What will you be able to do at the end of the day?

  • configure bills of material 

  • follow up on subcontracts 

  • apply quality controls 

  • knowledge / interpretation of stock forecast 

  • knowledge/interpretation of various warehouse operations

  • perform and correct stock movements and stock counts

Lunch will be provided.

Knowledge 

No prior knowledge is required.

Laptop 

Please bring your own laptop.

Number of participants 

The workshop will take place with a minimum of 4 participants.
